1. my uncle had no airbag dust on his body though 4 airbags went off in his car.
2. there was no blood in his car, though his injuries were so extensive that he bled out in an estimated 7 seconds.
3. there was no glass in my uncles cuts.
4. all the glass breakage from every window was well beyond the point my uncle was supposed to be ejected. all the windows were rolled up at the time and the air conditioner was on.
5. the eletric seat in my uncles car was adjusted way too close to the steering wheel for my uncle, who had a bad back, to fit behind.
6. a medical examiner and a internal medicine specialist both told my family that my unles injuries were not consistant with the roll over.
7. my uncles ex-wife illegally collected a life insurance policy for one hundred eleven thousand dollars after his death. though she knew that the policy was supposed to go to his children, as she was told in the divorce 3 days earlier that she was no longer entitled to any such benefits.
8. there are eye witnesses who stated they saw my uncles ex-wife arrive on the accident scene in a white pick-up truck, when she claims she walked down the road and arrived on the scene.
9. again, my uncles ex claims she was dropped off moments before the crash and was walking down the road, though several emergency vehicals passed her, including a police officer, but nobody seen her anywhere on the road or in the ditch. one of the firemen who would have driven by her had she been on the road even stated that he would have seen her for sure, as he is constantly scanning the roads and ditches for deer. also, in my uncles ex's own statment she says she didnt see a police officer pass her, yet one should have, and he also did not see her.
these are only a few of the reasons we believe my uncle was murdered. we want this case properly investigated and the truth about my uncles death to come out. anyone with any questions feel free to ask, and i will answer them. we also have a web site that is under construction. there is not a lot there right now, but you can check it out at www.gaylordgenaw.com
thank everyone for taking the time to read this.

I have read your posting and also visited your site you have mentioned at the bottom. Well, I have found those 9 points there again along with a lot of pictures of the accident and testimonies from autopsy etc.
At last I have to admit that I cannot vote....probably perhaps for "I am not sure"....
There are so many open questions "in the room". I had a look at the 9 statements. They are just statements. Are there anything you can corroborate those statements? An example would be: "My uncles ex-wife illegally collected a life insurance". How did you know? Did she tell you?
As I read through all the statements I came to the conclusion that you think the accident of your uncle is an act of revenge by his ex-wife because she was included from benefits and life insurance after the divorce? It could be, of course. But why have the both got divorced? In my opinion when there is a dispute or struggle there is not only one the guilty but there are always two. The first that evoked something and the second that reacted to that evoked something. So, I only know the incident from one (your) point of view, but to take a correct and neutral decision, I would have liked to see both points of view. I usually both those then and filter them out to something that is common to both, a compromise or so-called set section. To this I will add my own opinion and filter out again to obtain final decision.
I know that I am sometimes a bit "complicated". Hope you do not mind. Perhaps you would like to share some more concerning this matter to get a better insight.

Hello and welcome
i do understand your points and will try to explain as to the best of my ability
we know about the insurance policy of 111 thousand dallors for the estate lawyer had to take her to court to get it put in the estate. On the web site we will post the check that is signed and cashed by her
this case was reopened and a warrent was requested for her arrest but was declined by the assistant prosecutor.
the airbag dust and glass was never found on his body and was confirmed by medical examiner and there was none noted in the autopsy
as for blood in the car the pictures on the we site are actual police photos and you can see there is no blood in the car. his aorta was cut in half that causes the body to bleed out within 7-8 seconds
in the police report you will see the name of wiliam genaw he is my brother he was on the scene that night because the ex-wife called him on her cell phone she made several calls that night bu never called 911.
my uncles weight was near 200lbs in the car pictures you can see the drivers seat is all the way forward making it impossible for him to fit behind the wheel.
the Investigation Reports have statements of witnesses that the truck was in fact there and that a man and woman were in the truck her truck is white and her brother has a white truck also. the family and investigators talked to many people that were on that road that night and no one saw her on that road( she claims in the reports she was walking down duce road).
the divorce was final on july 3 2006 my uncle died july 6 2006. the last person to see him alive was his ex-wife. If you want my opinion on why she killed him i would have to say greed. she lost everything in the divorce and wanted it back also the live insurance money she collected and spent over 60 thousand dallors from dec 8 2006 - jan 2007 money that was never recovered by the estate. Another estate case of a 18 thousand dallor car she bought with the life insurance monies left her with a criminal contempt charge for lieing on the stand and disobeying a court order. her trying to push the house through divorce court by alledging my uncle was still alive the estate had to show the judge the death certificate and the judge sent the house to probate court. To break so many laws for money makes me feel she would do anything she could for it yes even murder.
as for her side of the story? The only thing i can offer you is her statements and they change over and over please revisit our web site often for it is far from finished ther you will find more answers to your questions
