Deep breathing exercise is the technique which is practiced very commonly in all parts the world. This technique is practiced in a silent environment where a person is made to sit in a comfortable position with his eyes closed. He is made to concentrate on his breath at the time of inhaling and exhaling. Active meditation is quite different in a way that it doesn’t requires one to sit in a motionless state instead it allows you to jump, dance, clap and laugh loudly to make the best of the situation. These techniques of meditation are very essential steps on your path of spirituality.

and take the time to Relax , quiet time . Breathing YES , I need to do more of this also !! I
also said before that Laughing is the best medicine and Love , touch , makes you feel better and
happy. Sleep , I need to find more time !
Chocolate helps too , and Loud \ROCK/ music !!!!
