I have been a SLIder for years... I cannot wear a watch, the battery will go dead within 24 hours. Streetlights go out around me on a daily basis; lightbulbs blow, or if I am near them they will dim and brighten if I am upset about something. Always have static electricity on me...Sometimes I actually feel 'charged' inside, like my whole being is sort of humming at a low level.. (don't know how else to describe it.)

I was so happy to see a post about Sliders on here, I was still new and reading. Cool now we have something to talk about. I did not know this even had a name, I thought is was just ME!

I have been under stress , a little more than normal lately. I have noticed the street lights again. Going OFF
as I drive under it. Seems to be the same one on the ride home from work. Normally the same ones in different
parts of town...

Happened when I was on the way home on the phone with my friend, also happened to me in the car with my 3
girlfriends.. so twice this weekend, the street lights, just POP or go out .

Heh, I wonder if I'm the opposite of a SLIder then, cause street lamps tend to turn on when I go by them and electronics tend to work better.

As pointed out earlier, though, a lot of it is synchronicity, and me being a moderate tech probably has something to do with why some things work better around me.
Sometime I forget to unplug stuff before starting to work on it.

Shadow, I watched a tv program about that. someone was ironing without the iron plugged in and another guy got angry and the light bulb blew up. it seems like its the same thing.

I understand , I seem to do both myself . Turn off at night and turn on/off in the day Street Lights .. this is so me ; found on Google :

I wonder if the human lightning rod in virginia is similar to this, electricity gets conducted around him and he's susceptible to lightning strikes that occured every few years but he doesn't get affected by them. I think he been through seven strikes now before he passed away and only suffered minor injuries through all of them. Hard to believe but it's actually been documented and shown on television. His name was Roy Sullivan.

Guy and I watched something about SLI and a Husband and wife took 6 hours of proof video of him and the
street lights that go OFF plus some that were off and turned on . He had testing done and nothing came back
that he had alot of Elictricity etc.. plus his brain was " Normal " .. So.. it is still a mistery , but I understand
what he was trying to prove. Happy to see it on video .

Yesterday, I had a strange experience I never had before in my life. I was driving home last night in my car. When I was driving through our county city I became very "hungry" and felt such an undescribable craving for needing some energy. But there was nothing to satisfy myself in the car. As I drove on while getting nearly mad my eyes went up the street lights and I thought how great it would be to get their energy out into me to bridge my hunger. I really cannot describe in details what happened, it was new and happened so quickly. There was something like a link I attached me to the street light and I felt that I drained that light directly through the hollow of my eyes into my body. The light went out, all other lights were still on, so it was no short circuit. Could have been me??? Well, one light was not enough for me and I went on with different other lights that all went out afterwards. So, I left a county city with some street lights out in some funny pattern.

I really do not know if that has something to do with SLI but it was strange to me. That is why I report it here to hear the experts.

I understand .. it is strange yet cool when it happens.. It will not matter what time of night I go under the one down our
street it will go off or on when we drive under it. I will tell Guy " it is off " it will go on etc... Rather amazing really.
It must be something to do with our energy!

I posted on this topic quite some time ago, explaining how I am a SLIder.. Well over the past year or so my 'experiences' are becoming more frequent and stronger. I still turn street lights on and off when I pass them, and now I also turn off 'security' night lights. I often take my dogs for a walk after work at night. When I walk past a school, the huge security light shuts off EVERY time. And now on a few occasions when I use an ATM machine later at night, all the nighttime lights go out around the machine, and only the ATM itself stays illuminated.
I have to charge my cell phone every day or it goes dead. It's not bad batteries, because i've had 2 different phones with new batteries and it still happens. Also, if I put my phone in my pocket so it is 'on me' rather then in its case in my purse, the battery will drain to half-life in an hour or less. Still can't wear a watch..no matter what the brand I put a new battery in and within 24 hours the battery is completely dead.

I wish I knew what was different in my 'psychic makeup' that causes this to happen. And why it's been progressively stronger. On a side note, sometimes I still feel physically "charged" with energy--like an extremely low, barely noticeable but definitely there, 'buzzing' in me. My body seems to tense up deep inside my core..and usually to relieve the 'charge' I mentally picture myself gathering up this energy in a giant, luminous ball and "throwing" it away from my body. It seems to help. Might just be a silly mental trick, but hey it works for me!
Anyway, thanks for reading..responses are welcome!!

Silly mental trick or not , glad it is working well for you. As you read before in my last post or two
on this subject, I too am a SLIder. I just feel my body heat/electricity is way charged , it
seems to come and go. It has not happened to me for a little while now.
