The quantities and ingredient oils correspond to my proper mixtures but everybody who is interested should not hesitate to experiment him-/herself to find his/her best way and it makes not always sense to adopt everything. If you have any questions, just feel free to ask. If you have some recipes of you own, would be nice to be added here.
As you can see: My favourite oil is lavender
I use it nearly everywhere because it is a good remedy for nearly everything.

My own is a free spirit. No-one and nothing can put it behind bars, walls or in chains. It will force its way, breaking the limitations, but will be also present with kindness and wisdom :)

My Wiccan friend at work - I have learned a lot from her . She helped our friend Tamara with her
hives - and I believe it involved Lavender too.
What do you recommend for dry/cracked heels to soak your feet in ? I use lotions and pumice,
but the deep ones ---- hurt ! On feet all day , and love to run around barefoot every chance I get
and this cold weather...... grrrrrr ouch !

Concerning your heels problem it depends. First of all, lotions and pumice are not wrong. Everybody uses in common life. But a little step better is barefoot. It is very important that your feet better said the skin of your feet has enough air to breathe. Walking on dewy grass is good for moisturing dry feet skin. Walking on little stones has a massage effect to strengthen the feet skin.
Now to aromatherapy, here it depends as well. Are your heels only dry? Are they dry and cracked? Are they dry, cracked with open bleeding wounds?
I know something for all three types.
For just dry heels and skin
basis = 50 ml vegetable oil
10 drops sandalwood
7 drops geranium
3 drops rose-wood
5 drops ylang-ylang
Before you go to bed, gently massage your heels with that mixture.
For dry and cracked heels
Just give 5 drops tea-tree oil in a bowl with warm water and bath your feet for 15 minutes in this mixture. Do this once a day.
For dry, cracked, bleeding heels
Touch lightly pure, undiluted tea-tree oil with a cotton pad on the spots concerned. Do this twice to five-times a day.
