Wow! Other people have this too? I can't even wear a watch because it will break within minutes of me putting it on. The only watch that ever worked was an inspector gadget watch from McDonalds. Somehow they have the anti-energy for this...

This is an actual thing? I thought I was nuts. This happens to me a lot. And generally, if I walk far enough a way from the streetlight, like 30-50 feet, it'll come back on again.

Electronics and machines seem to break a lot on me, too, especially in the past couple of years since I've been stressed out because of the recession.

Wow, im not alone, i once couldnt beleive it stopped my car under a streetlight, asked it to turn off, and i did! Im glad i can share this with others, that have experienced what i have.

I didn't even know until now there was a term for what happens to me. I started noticing lights going out a few years ago. Not just street lights, fluorescent lights at my work and lights at my apartment building, all over. Also I always have to get a new debit card way before it expires because the strip goes bad and I gave up on wearing watches a long time ago. I always just figured these things were coincidences and didn't tell anyone about them because I figured they'd think I was crazy. But then my bestfriend started noticing it happen too and said it only happened when I was with her. I still wasn't completely convinced it was me until the other day I decided to look it up after I caused my computer to print out a document without me even turning the printer on or pulling up the file I needed to print. I was just thinking I needed to print it out and turned the computer on and left the room to set the table and when I came back the printer was in the process of printing out the document I was thinking about...scared the crap out of me. My printer doesn't automatically come on when the computer is turned on either, I have to manually turn it on and I know for sure it was off and my computer had been completely shut down prior to this happening. It's nice to know there are other people with this strange thing....just think what would happen if a big group of us got together, would be awesome to see.

i do have this syndrome or whatever you call it last was when i was out jogging on this highway i was normal not feeling angry, nor sad, but happy.. suddenly the street lights went off 6 street lights went off exactly where i was walking and heading to... funny thing is the distance from one street light to another was approx. 100 feet far from each other, and when you look at where the lights went off it was at the area where i was at to.. its like i was sandwiched the road at my back had lights fully on and after u count the first street light beside ending on the sixth.. the lights where pretty much on.. before only 3 or 4 lights would go off on my early experiences but now the numbers are acsending... anyway im just glad to know im not crazy after all...
